1) Fed up with the weather, rising costs and drunken louts, you decide to take a last minute holiday to get away from it all. You go to:
Ibiza, Spain - Sun, sea, sand, but most importantly, copious amounts of drink and nightclubs
Rome, Italy - The Coliseum and Roman forum are among the monuments of antiquity you visit
Hong Kong, China - 6,000 licensed restaurants guarantee a new gastronomic experience every time
Phuket, Thailand - White sandy beaches lined with deckchairs
Maldives Islands - Wide choice of Spa Resorts away from the hustle and bustle of city life
Himalayas - Sub-zero temperatures, low oxygen levels and the thrill of a lifetime
2) What are the most important things you bring on holiday?
My best clothes, shoes and a bottle of cologne/perfume
Good pair of trainers, Swiss Army knife and compass
A pair of binoculars, travel guide and camera
Swimsuit/trunks and a bottle of suntan lotion
Comfortable shoes
Money, and an empty stomach
3) What's the first thing you do when you go to a new location?
Drop my bags, and immediately go skydiving
The pool and spa
The beach. Sun, here I come!
The nearest local restaurant. The plane food was rubbish
Head to the first attraction on your planned itinerary
Drop my bags at the hotel room, and head to the nearest bar
4) How do you get around?
Whatever is quickest to the next restaurant
Dog sled and ice climbing gear!
By taxi, I'm usually too drunk to drive anyway
Roller blading in my swimming attire. I want to be in the sun as much as I can
I walk everywhere. You miss too much scenery when in a car
By Limousine. I'm on holiday to relax!
5) Your plane has been delayed by one day. What do you do?
Chill out first class in the airport lounge. It's a holiday after all, why should I stress?
Demand meal vouchers! BA owe me and I'm hungry!
Do more reading on attractions and the local language. I want to make the most of it there
Stock up on more suntan lotion. I'm gonna be taking my sun-bathing into overdrive to make up for lost time
Go clubbing. The plane doesn't arrive for 14 hours and I can sleep on the plane!
Pass the time by doing parkour around the airport terminal
6) What do you associate the word "holiday" with?
Beer
Tasty
Learning
Sand
Adventure
Quiet
7) A holiday isn't complete without:
Visiting tourist attractions that are boring to kids
Tasting the local beer
A tan
Eating food I haven't tasted before
At least one minor injury
Solitude
8) What's your take on water?
We're best friends! I just love to swim and surf in the sea
We're good buddies. I just love watching wet T-shirt contests
Water is an essential ingredient in many dishes and beverages
I absolutely hate rain! But I do love having a relaxing swim in the pool and spa
It can have it's uses. Exploring the ruins of Angkor Watt after heavy rain gives it a certain feel
Water is great! I love white water rafting and abseiling down waterfalls!
9) Souvenirs to you are:
A deep tan, complete with embarrassingly placed tan lines
An excuse to buy bottles of liquor shaped like pagodas
A few cuts and scrapes I picked up hiking through the Amazonian rainforest
Various dried snacks and foodstuffs I can get past customs
An absolute necessity - it's always nice to bring back a little bit of culture
Unnecessary. I had all the fun I needed on holiday
10) Your view on holiday weather is:
I start getting cranky if it's either too hot or too cold. I need a good medium and a nice spa to relax in
I like sunny weather. It helps me get over the hangover from last night
Extreme heat, stormy weather - Now this is a holiday!
As long as it doesn't get in the way of sightseeing, I don't mind
Sun. All the way!
Who needs good weather when you have good food?
